Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours (working days only).
Once processed, your package enters the dispatch queue.

Delivery Timelines

Lagos Deliveries 48–72 working hours after processing.
Other States (Within Nigeria) 3–5 working days after processing.
Core Northern States (Kano, Katsina, Borno, Yobe, Jigawa, Zamfara, etc.) 7 working days after processing.

Discount, Promo & Black Friday Sales

During all discount sales, Black Friday sales, promo events, or anniversary sales,dispatch begins only after the sale ends.
No exceptions, this helps us manage high order volumes without errors.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number or delivery update from our logistics partner as soon as your order ships.

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the item, a new delivery feewill be required to resend your order.

Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

Timelines may extend slightly during national holidays and extremely high-order periods, but we still keep it as fast and efficient as possible.
